The title, authors and institutions should be same as in submitted abstract and should be listed at the top of the poster.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Highlight the authors\u2019 names and contact information in case the viewer is interested in more information.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>The sections should be arranged vertically not horizontally.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Organize the presentation so it is clear, orderly, and self-explanatory.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>The main body of the poster should include relevant headings such as Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, References and Acknowledgments.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>The text, illustrations and labels should be legible to be read from a distance of one meter.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Single spaced 32+ font size is recommended.\u00a0The text should be concise and easy to read.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Please do not laminate your poster to ensure that it can be recycled.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>Presentation time: During morning coffee break (09.00 am); lunch break (12. 15 pm) and Afternoon coffee break (15.15 pm)<\/li>\n<li>Template download<\/li>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/science.uii.ac.id\/isstec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2019\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-11-18-at-3.11.09-PM-1.jpeg\" \/><\/li>\n<li>LOGO download<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/science.uii.ac.id\/isstec\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2019\/11\/Logo-ISSTEC-4.png\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>on registration day:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>Please report to the Registration Desk to collect your double sided tape.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Staff will be available to help in locating a poster; ordering additional equipment; providing supplies such as push pins, tape, and scissors; and answering general questions<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Abstract accepted for poster presentation will be given an identity number. Please put up your poster on the poster board that bears the said identity number\u00a0by 25<sup>th<\/sup> November 2019, 08.00 AM<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>additional instruction:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>The poster must be displayed for the whole conference duration i.e. until 25th November 2019, 12.00 pm and should be taken down by 25th November 2019, 04.00 pm.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Any posters remaining thereafter will be removed by the conference team, after which they will be disposed of if not collected.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Poster presenters are expected to be present by their posters during breaks and poster sessions.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Oral Presentations<\/p>\n<p>General Instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h5>All presenters are required to send the presentation slides in PowerPoint format via email icctec@uii.ac.id before conference day (by November 22, 2019).
