Glittering Peak of the 79th UII Anniversary at the UII Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences
UII’s birthday is one of the routine agendas that is held every year as a form of gratitude for the grace of Allah SWT to UII. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused activities to take place online for the past two years. Alhamdulillah, this year, the event was held offline in a limited manner in order to continue to implement strict procedures. The 79th UII Anniversary event was held in the Prof. Auditorium Room. KH. Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir, the Islamic University of Indonesia as the center of activity, and in each faculty as a branch of the organization, including the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), so as not to cause crowds.
The joy of the participants who attended FMIPA UII described the excitement of the 79th UII Anniversary Peak. The morning gymnastics event started the series of 79th UII Milad Peak events at FMIPA UII. The participants who were tendik and lecturers of FMIPA UII enthusiastically moved their bodies to the rhythm of the gymnastics instructor. This activity is expected to increase the value of togetherness in the big family of FMIPA UII.
After the exercise, the participants gathered in the basement parking lot of FMIPA UII to watch a series of milad events broadcast live from the Prof. Auditorium Room. KH. Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir Indonesian Islamic University via zoom. The band from FMIPA UII was one of the performers at this milad event. As in previous years, UII’s Milad Commemoration Peak this time also held a door prize drawing with the main door prizes in the form of Umrah packages, motorbikes, bicycles, TVs and refrigerators. The announcement of the door prize winners was the most awaited event by all participants. Everyone was anxiously hoping that his name would be called as one of the lottery winners. The cheers of the participants echoed throughout the room after several lecturers and staff of FMIPA UII won the door prize.
The series of 79th UII Milad Peak events at FMIPA UII took place safely, smoothly and lively. After the event ended, the participants dispersed in an orderly manner.
