Every student, especially new students (MABA), certainly has dreams and aspirations to achieve accomplishments and weave ambitions. This spirit has been instilled since the first moment they became MABA. These achievements are not only limited to academic excellence but also include soft skills and hard skills. Furthermore, accomplishments also contribute to enhancing the positive image of the institution (university), making it attractive to the public and future employers. An outstanding student is assessed not only through academic performance but also through extracurricular involvement such as organizational activities and social engagement. A student’s achievements are greatly influenced by the extent of their determination to realize their dreams.
