Currently there are 4 divisions in the Faculty of Mathematics and Science, Indonesian Islamic University, including the Academic Administration Division, General and Household Administration Division, Financial Administration Division, and Information Technology Division.
The Academic Administration Division has the main task of managing routine administrative activities of the teaching and learning process and preparing administrative needs for facilities and infrastructure for the academic field within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Islamic University of Indonesia
The Finance Division has the duties and responsibilities of managing all finances related to lecturers, employees and students. Apart from that, the Finance Division also regulates financial inflows and outflows for all activities in faculties and study programs, to complete monthly to annual financial reports.
The General and Household Administration Division of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UII functions as a support division which has the task of assisting faculty leaders in managing general activities related to administration and distribution of letters, management of supplies in the faculty, management of security, cleanliness and parking, as well as staffing activities and administration. .
The Information Technology (IT) Division at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UII has the main task and responsibility for planning and coordinating the implementation, maintenance, control and development of information systems implemented at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Islamic University of Indonesia.
