The Religious Study and Gathering of IKI FMIPA UII, held at the FMIPA Auditorium, was conducted for the first time and warmly welcomed by all lecturers, educational staff, laboratory assistants, as well as the wives of lecturers, staff, and lab assistants of FMIPA UII. The event began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Mrs. Siti Nurchalimi (wife of Mr. Suratmin, FMIPA UII educational staff), followed by an opening speech from the Chairperson of IKI FMIPA UII, Mrs. Ernawati, S.Pd (wife of Prof. Riyanto, Ph.D, Dean of FMIPA UII). She conveyed several points regarding the continuity of IKI FMIPA UII activities in the future and the importance of strengthening the bonds among FMIPA families. She also expressed gratitude for the enthusiasm of the participants and the committee in organizing the “Religious Study and Gathering of IKI FMIPA UII” with great joy.
The Religious Study and Gathering, held in celebration of FMIPA UII’s 27th Anniversary, featured Mrs. Dra. Dwi Nurhayatinah, M.Psi from the Bina Akhlaq Pakem Institute. She conveyed that becoming a righteous wife begins with uniting two individuals to build paradise together, always striving to spread happiness without focusing on the partner’s shortcomings. Goodness will never emerge if we only look at flaws. Similarly, in raising children, a mother must focus on the child’s goodness or positive traits. Furthermore, always offer good prayers, as every word is a prayer. Essentially, all elements in a household must take part in achieving Sakinah, Mawaddah, and Warahmah.
The event concluded with an interactive discussion, the presentation of a token of appreciation to Mrs. Dra. Dwi Nurhayatinah, M.Psi, followed by a group photo session. After the event ended, the participants dispersed in an orderly manner, drew raffle tickets, and received attractive door prizes.
