FMIPA UII – On Saturday and Sunday, June 17 and 18, 2023, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the Islamic University of Indonesia (FMIPA UII) held the Leadership and Da’wah Training (PKD) and Self-Development Training (PPD) for FMIPA students of the class of 2022. This activity is a program from the Directorate of Islamic Education and Development (DPPAI) UII as part of the university’s effort to produce graduates with an Islamic vision and mission.
This activity is part of the implementation of UII’s fourth dharma, namely the religious curriculum that must be followed by all UII students. A series of activities are required for new students before they begin lectures, including the ta’aruf week, followed by the first Islamic Core Values Deepening (PNDI). At this stage, students who are already fluent in reading the Qur’an may immediately take the Religious Placement Test (PTA) and continue with the first Leadership and Da’wah Training (PKD I) and the Self-Development Training (PPD).
